Family Business

Being a family run, privately owned business, our priority is to provide a top quality service and facility for every single one of our customers. We pride ourselves on our professional, personal, friendly service and the comments we receive from our customers speak for themselves!

Our Units

Our units are built from galvanized steel and are secure, clean and individually alarmed. They come in many different sizes including those that you can drive up to and are locked with a padlock (available to buy from us on arrival if needed!).

Flexible Contracts

We do not have a minimum or maximum length of stay - the unit is yours for as long or short a stay as you need it for! If you need to downsize or up-size we can do that at any time as long as we have the space available! Basically we are as flexible and accommodating as we can possibly be!

Payments

Monthly payments can be made by card, cash, cheque, Googlepay or Applepay. In addition, most of our long term customers pay by standing order to make things easy! This can be set up on arrival.

Calendar Month Billing

At Thornbury Self Storage we bill per calendar month which means that you receive an invoice at the same time every month. This makes budgeting really easy unlike a 4-weekly billing system when your payment is due on a different day each month and you would actually end up making 13 payments over the course of a year...not ideal!!

No Overpayment...

Our customers may pay monthly but when they leave, we refund any rent that they don't actually use so rest assured, when you store with us, you pay only for the exact number of days that you are here!

Unloading Space

Being in the countryside means that we have plenty of space for parking and unloading whether you arrive by car, truck or lorry!

Removals

We offer a 'Man and Van' service - ask us for more details!

Packaging

We are pleased to offer quality boxes, tape and bubblewrap to our customers at very competitive prices!

Security

We aim to give you complete confidence that storing your items with us means that they are as safe, or even safer, than they are in your home or office! With this in mind, we have the following:

• Controlled PIN code access
• Industrial steel perimeter fencing and electronic gate.
• Comprehensive smoke detection system
• We live here!!

Additional Services

• Racking - available to hire if needed. We will even assemble it ready for you in your unit!
• Trolleys, sack trucks and pallet trucks are available to help move your items around.
• Deliveries - If you need us to facilitate collections or deliveries from/to your unit on your behalf, we can do this for a small extra fee.
• Forklift service - available at a small additional cost.
